Samm & Weston Holding LLC serves as a holding company for several income-generating real estate properties through different legal entities.  We have three real-estate companies as our subsidiaries in operation. We provide a variety of services for short-term rental and long-term real-property rentals. With property management and renovation, we offer maintenance, interior, and design. Including a full range of guest services, concierge services, event planning services with add-on packages to make the client’s experience memorable.
